I loved staying here! The rooms were clean, beautiful & cozy! The staff Tony & Rebecca really took the time to make sure our needs were met and went above and beyond to make sure our stay was comfortable, they were friendly and inviting and they made my hotel experience great Great & affordable hotel near six flags & Costco would come again
When I stayed at this hotel for weeks-long stays, the front desk staff were helpful and the room was very stylish. I enjoyed the amenities and felt safe. They had outdoor security at the time to watch the vehicles of hotel guests. It felt like an apartment, but a really good one, because of the privacy. I liked the small store on the first floor by the front desk, as well as the brewed coffee in the mornings.
Hip and trendy hotel for people looking for something fresh and unique instead of the standard Hilton cookie-cutter property. The only catch is that there’s no continental breakfast, but their paid breakfast options are cheap and delicious.
Stayed one night at Aloft San Antonio UTSA and had a great experience. Diego and Shakira at the front desk were amazing—friendly, professional, and very accommodating. The room was clean and modern, and the location is perfect. Highly recommend!
Rebecca the night desk person is amazing. She's very personable and her energy is infectious. People could learn a lot from her about working in an industry where dealing with people is the sole job. Marriott needs to reward her.
I was having issues with booking.com and the front desk agent, Diego Torres, went above and beyond to help me resolve my issue. I’ve had issues like this previously at other hotels and since booking.com is an outside entity, they refuse to help. I highly recommend this hotel for their top-notch customer service and I want to thank Diego Torres personally. Thank you again. I really appreciate it and you deserve a promotion!
This place was really nice. The ambiance was very sleek. They have a pool table and board games in the bar/lounge. The room was clean with a super comfy bed. The only downside of the stay was that the pool was cold. I think only because it doesn't get enough son because of it being in the shadow of the building itself but other than that it was a great stay. I would go back again.
Checked in this past Sunday night and the front desk agent was so welcoming! Wish I got her name to get her a shout out but she was light skinned with curly hair. Anyway, over, the hotel was good and I had a great visit. My only complaint was that certain parts of the floor was sticky. I loved that the tv was on a mount that moved wherever I wanted it to. It sounds basic but a lot of hotels I’ve been to lack this. The bar is a nice added touch but prices are insane. It’s cheaper to go out around the area. Would have loved to chill at hotel bar but paying that much just for Tito’s vodka is messy. This hotel is not far to La Cantera shopping center which offers up luxury retail and is driving distance from a lot of great restaurants. Would certainly stay again. Thank you!
